David Loughry was a judge for the Rutherford County General Sessions Court in Rutherford County, Tennessee.[1] Loughry was defeated in his bid for re-election to the court on August 7, 2014, and left office on August 31, 2014.[2][3]

General: He was defeated in the general election on August 7, 2014, after receiving 47.2 percent of the vote. He competed against Barry Tidwell.

Education
Loughry received both his B.S. and J.D. degrees from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. He was admitted to the Tennessee Bar in 1973.[5]
