|I am running because I feel that our democracy is in danger of being destroyed by extremism, corruption and willful lying about our election process and women's healthcare, and that our basic Constitutional rights are being ripped away from the American people.
The people of Arizona's Congressional District 9 deserve a full time, fully engaged Representative who will lead and listen to the people in the District and across Arizona. I will use data, science and common sense to bring the right solutions to the right places to the right people.
My oath of office came without an expiration date. I will support and defend the US Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic. I will defend Democracy as I have done throughout the three wars in which I've participated. I will not turn from my lawful duties and responsibilities.- I will support and defend the US Constitution against all enemies both foreign and domestic. Voting rights and the electoral process are foundational to the health of our Democracy. Equal protection under law with liberty and justice for all.
- I will fight to preserve and advance women's right to healthcare and for gun safety
- A solid climate strategy is necessary for the preservation of the planet. And we need it now!
