David M. Warren is a U.S Bankruptcy Judge for the Eastern District of North Carolina. He was appointed to the court on February 7, 2014.[1]
Education
Warren received his undergraduate and J.D. degrees from Wake Forest University, in 1981 and 1984, respectively.[1]
Career
Prior to joining the court, Warren was a partner with the firm Poyner Spruill LLP. Additionally, he is certified as a Business and Consumer Bankruptcy Law Specialist by the North Carolina State Bar and the American Board of Certification. He also was a Chapter 7 trustee.[1]
