David Markov
David Markov was a candidate for an at-large seat on the Palmdale School District Board of Trustees that was up for general election on November 5, 2013.
Biography
David Markov is an education funding specialist and former freelance writer of education curriculum. He earned his Bachelor's degree from Concordia Teachers College. He has been a Palmdale resident for eight years and is the father of a student in the Palmdale School District.[1]

David Markov ran against ten other candidates, including incumbents Carol A. Stanford, Sandy Corrales and Jeffrey E. Ferrin as well as challengers Juan Carrillo, Stacy Fournier, Jeffrey D. Moffatt, Joyce Ricks, Nancy K. Smith, Michelle D. Whitaker and Don F. Wilson for three seats in the general election on November 5, 2013.[2]
