David McCoy (Texas)
David M. McCoy was a judge of the 100th District Court in Texas.[1] He was appointed by Governor Ann Richards in 1993 and resigned on March 15, 2008 after the state dismissed two felony counts against him.[2][3]
Education
McCoy earned an undergraduate degree from West Texas State University, going on to receive his J.D. from Baylor University. He was admitted to the bar in 1979.[4]
Career
Prior to his judicial appointment in 1993, McCoy worked as an attorney with William McCoy & Goodall.[5]
