David McDowell

Biography
David McDowell received a bachelor's degree in business administration from Washington State University and a J.D. from the University of Idaho.[1] At the time of his appointment, McDowell had been a partner at Rose Law Group PC since 2014. He also served as a judge pro tempore for the Maricopa County Superior Court since 2017. Other experience includes serving as a co-managing shareholder of Renaud Cook Drury Mesaros, PA, member on the Board of Trustees of the Phoenix Zoo/Arizona Center for Nature Conservation, and volunteer for the Fiesta Bowl parade, Big Brothers and Big Sisters, and the State Bar of Arizona.[1]
