David McElrath was a candidate for a seat on the Twentieth Circuit Court of Florida in 2012.
2012 election
McElrath ran for election on Aug. 14, 2012, but was defeated by incumbent Judge George Richards after receiving 44.3 percent of the vote.[1][2]
