David Melcher was a family court judge for the Harrison, Nicholas, Pendleton and Robertson Counties Family Court of the Eighteenth Circuit. It serves Harrison, Nicholas, Pendleton, and Robertson counties of Kentucky.[1] He retired from the court at the end of his term in December 2008.[2]

Education

Melcher received his undergraduate degree from the University of Dayton and his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law.[3]
