David Mullins
David W. Mullins is a former West Virginia commissioner of labor. He previously served in the position from 2010 to 2013.[1][2] He resigned in August 2017.[3]

Mullins served as the West Virginia labor commissioner from 2010 to 2013 and assumed office, again, in 2017.[1][2][4]

Mullins campaigned as a Democrat for West Virginia State Senate District 4 in 2004.[5]
