David Nesbett
David Nesbett is a judge of the Alaska Third District Superior Court. He assumed office on September 19, 2023. His current term ends in 2026.
Nesbett ran for re-election for judge of the Alaska Third District District Court. He won in the retention election on November 8, 2022.
Nesbett was appointed to the court on March 21, 2019, by Gov. Mike Dunleavy (R) to replace Gregory Motyka.[1]
Education
Nesbett received his undergraduate education from the Wesleyan University College of Letters and his J.D. from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law.[2]
