David Nibert
David Nibert was a judge of the Fifth Judicial Circuit, which presides over Calhoun, Jackson, Mason, and Roane counties in West Virginia.[1] He served on the court from January 2001 to December 2016.[2]
Education
Nibert received both his undergraduate degree and his J.D. from West Virginia University.[3]
Career
Before he became a judge, Nibert worked as an attorney in private practice for twenty-eight years in Point Pleasant, West Virginia.[2]
