David O. Colver was a judge for the Phillips County Court in Phillips County, Colorado.[1] He was appointed by former Governor Richard Lamm and assumed office on January 1, 1980. Colver retired from the court on May 30, 2014.[2][3]

Education

Colver received his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder and his J.D. from the University of Denver College of Law.[4]

Career

Before his appointment to the court, Colver worked as an attorney in private practice. He continued to work in private practice while serving as a judge on the Phillips County Court and practiced law with the firm of Colver, Killin & Sprague, LLP.[3]

2010 election

Colver was retained to the Phillips County Court in 2010 with 91.1 percent of the vote.[5]
