David P. Matsey ran for election to the 44th Circuit Court of Starke County of the Indiana Circuit Courts.

Democrat Matsey ran as a Democrat for a seat on the 44th Circuit Court of Starke County of the Indiana Circuit Courts in 2010, but was defeated. He received 1,860 of the votes in the primary. Republican opponent Kim Hall received 1249 votes.[1]
