Biography

David Preece earned graduate degrees in urban and regional planning from Western Kentucky University and the University of Wisconsin at Madison. Preece's career experience includes working as the executive director and CEO of the Southern New Hampshire Planning Commission, a manager of environmental planning with the Southern California Association of Governments, and the director of the New York City Office Of Environmental Coordination.[1]

A resident of Manchester since 2004, David Preece is a graduate from Weber State University, Western Kentucky University and University of Wisconsin- Madison. Before serving as the Executive Director and CEO of the Southern New Hampshire Planning Commission, Mr. Preece worked as an urban planner in Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York City, Washington D.C., Beliot, Wisconsin, and Park City, Utah, receiving several awards for his leadership and contribution to planning.
