David Rains
David Albert Rains was a judge of Circuit 9 in Alabama (Cherokee and DeKalb counties). He was also a judge for the Alabama Court of the Judiciary, a court in charge of judicial discipline. After being defeated in the 2012 election, Rains' term expired in January 2013.[1]
Education
Judge Rains attended the University of Alabama for his B.S. and the University of Alabama for his J.D.[2]
2012 election
Rains was defeated by Shaunathan Bell in the general election on November 6, receiving 45.17 percent of the vote.[3][4]
