Biography
David Ray lives in Maumelle, Arkansas. Ray earned a B.S. in communication and political science from the University of the Ozarks. His career experience includes working as a consultant, a communications strategist, the chief of staff to then-Lieutenant Governor Tim Griffin, and the state director of Americans for Prosperity Arkansas.[1][2]
