David Reis (Republican Party) was a member of the Illinois House of Representatives, representing District 109. Reis assumed office in 2005. Reis left office on January 9, 2019.

Biography
Reis earned his A.S. in Agriculture from Lake Land Community College and his B.S. in Agriculture from University of Illinois College of Agriculture. His professional experience includes working as a farmer.[1]

Reis and his wife, Maria, have two children. He served on the Illinois Pork Producers Board of Directors from 1997-2004. He is a member of the Effingham County Chamber of Commerce, Illinois Pork Producers Association, Illinois State Rifle Association, Jasper Chamber of Commerce, Jasper County Farm Bureau, National Federation of Independent Businesses, National Rifle Association, National Wild Turkey Federation, Saint Thomas Catholic Church, and Sons of the American Legion.[16]
