David Remley

David Remley is a senior judge of the Sixth District of Iowa. He was appointed to this court in 1993 and became the chief judge of the district in 2001. He retired in September of 2009 and assumed senior status.[1]
Biography and Education
Remley was born in Anamosa, Iowa. He received his bachelor's degree from Lawrence University in 1966 and his law degree from the University of Iowa in 1969.[1]
Career
Remley worked as a private practice lawyer, an assistant Jones County attorney and then a Jones County attorney prior to his judicial appointment in 1993.[1]
