David Roach (West Virginia)
David Roach was the West Virginia Superintendent of Schools. Roach assumed office on August 11, 2022. Roach left office on June 30, 2023.
The West Virginia Board of Education appointed Roach to the position on August 10, 2022, to replace W. Clayton Burch.[1]
Biography
Roach earned a B.A. in biology and an M.A. in school administration from Marshall University. His career experience includes working as the executive director of the School Building Authority of West Virginia, the superintendent of schools in several counties, and a principal.[2][3]
