David Rogers (Kansas)

David W. Rogers is a judge for the Thirty-First Judicial District in Kansas. Rogers was appointed to the court in 2005.[1] He was most recently retained in 2014 for a term that expired on January 13, 2019.[2]

Stutzman earned his B.S. from Kansas State University and his J.D. from the University of Kansas.[5]
Career
Rogers engaged in private practice for 21 years and served as a municipal court judge in Fredonia prior to his appointment to the Thirty-First Judicial District.[1]
