Biography
Sanchez received his Ph.D. from the Union Institute and University in 1978. He taught Mexican American Studies and Speech 101 for the Los Angeles Community College District. Sanchez has also served as Senior Representative for Los Angeles County Health Services and as a Supervisors Deputy for Los Angeles County Supervisor Yvonne Brathwaite Burke.[2]
