David M. Sandler was a judge of the Montana Workers' Compensation Court. He assumed office on September 8, 2014. He left office on September 8, 2023.

Governor Steve Bullock (D) appointed Sandler on August 20, 2014.[1] He was retained for a six-year term in 2017.[2]

Education

Sandler earned his B.S. and his master's degree in psychology from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon. He received his J.D. from the University of Montana School of Law in 1998.[1]

Career

After law school, Sandler clerked for Montana Supreme Court Justice James C. Nelson from 1998 to 1999. Sandler was in private practice in Montana from 1999 until his appointment to the Montana Workers' Compensation Court.[1]
