David Henry Stahl (1920-1970) was a federal judge for the United States Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit.

Stahl was nominated by President Lyndon Johnson on August 2, 1968, to a new seat created by 82 Stat. 184; he was confirmed by the Senate on October 10, 1968, and received commission the next day. He served until his death on February 21, 1970.[1]
