David Stout (Democratic Party) is a member of the El Paso County Commission TX in Texas, representing Precinct 2. He assumed office in 2015. His current term ends on December 31, 2026.

Biography

David Stout earned his bachelor's degree in Latin American studies and Spanish and his master's degree in Latin American studies from the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque. His career experience includes working as a bilingual communications specialist and binational affairs liaison, in a communications position for the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, and in various broadcast media positions. Stout was elected to the El Paso County Commission in 2014.[1][2]
