David Tingle (Democratic Party) ran for election to the New Jersey General Assembly to represent District 18. He did not appear on the ballot for the Democratic primary on June 10, 2025.

On September 5, 2025, Tingle notified Ballotpedia that he changed his party affiliation from Democrat to Independent.[1]
