David V. Williams (Virginia 21st Judicial Circuit judge)
David V. Williams was a circuit court judge for the 21st Judicial Circuit in Virginia.[1]
He was appointed to the court in 1990 and retired from the court on March 30, 2022.[2]
Education
Williams received his undergraduate degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and his J.D. from the Campbell University School of Law.[3]
