Biography

Van Moll has served in a variety of positions within the Virginia Department of Accounts since 1994, including time spent overseeing the state's payroll operations. Before joining the Department of Accounts, Van Moll worked for eight years in the Virginia Department of Taxation, where he was a compliance auditor.[1]
