David Dortch Warriner (1929-1986) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.[1]

Warriner was nominated by President Richard Nixon on May 6, 1974, to a seat vacated by Oren Lewis; he was confirmed by the Senate on May 16, 1974, and received commission on May 21. He served until his death on March 17, 1986.[1] Warriner was succeeded in this position by Rebecca Smith.
