Eiler outlined his legislative priorities on his official campaign website. Issues he wants to focus on include, but are not limited to:[4]
- The Elderly Population
Excerpt: "I see the elderly everyday in my line of work and have noticed some have to live in poor conditions. Some of them have to make the decision between buying prescriptions or putting food on the table. There are many in need of help."
- Small Business
Excerpt: "As a small business owner myself, I see there is no funding available from low interest loans to help small business grow. I will fight to create a program to do just that. I believe that small business is the backbone of our country."
- Education
Excerpt: "I believe in teacher run classes, not computer run classes. Teacher run classes provide the crucial one on one mentoring our students need."
- Term Limits in Public Offices
Excerpt: "Public office should have term limits in place. Having someone serve more than 8 years is doing the position and it’s constituents a disservice."
- Fighting Wasteful Spending
Excerpt: " I believe in standing up and fighting against fraud and wasteful spending at all levels of government. I will push to investigate the levels of wasteful spending in our state to stop it in its tracks."
