David Weinstein (New York)
David A. Weinstein is an acting justice of the Supreme Court 3rd Judicial District of New York.[1]
Weinstein previously served as a judge for the New York Court of Claims in New York. He was appointed by Governor David Paterson in 2011.[2][3][4]
Education
Weinstein earned an undergraduate degree from Wesleyan University in 1990. He was awarded a J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1994.[2]
