David Welford Williams (1910-2000) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

Williams was nominated by President Richard Nixon on May 8, 1969, to a seat vacated by Peirson Hall; he was confirmed by the Senate on June 19, 1969, and received commission the next day. He assumed senior status on January 17, 1981. He served the Central District of California until his death on May 6, 2000. Williams was succeeded in this position by Edward Rafeedie.
