|- Civility is my number one goal. We must as leaders and representatives of the people, work together across party lines. My plan is to lead by example and heal the countries division. This extends to not only party lines but key issues such as: Social Justice, immigration, foreign policy, and much more.
- I will bring back politics that serves the Districts and American peoples interest. I will uphold and protect every Americans Constitutional rights, and the rights of those who seek citizenship within our Country.
- Every voice matters within my district, I will be an engaged leader who spends time with my district. I will be available to my constituents through an open door policy to voice concerns at any time. I will fight rigorously on Capital Hill for any issues or concerns that benefit my District.
I am also deeply passionate about immigration issues taking place within America. I will fight to restore the MAVNI program with the DOD to allow immigrants to serve in all Branches of Service in exchange for Naturalization. I will fight for all legal immigrants who seek to become US Citizens. I strongly oppose family separations or deportations unless it is determined by authorities that criminal activity took place that warrants either through strict criteria.
I deeply care about restoring the relationships between our Law Enforcement and the Communities. As someone who served our Country I believe through engaged leadership, I can heal this division by bridging the gap between Law Enforcement and the community with outreach, community policing, and sit down discussions with active community leaders.
The Warrior fights the wars not because they care about the politics, money, or glory. They fight for the love of Country, family, friends, and most importantly the brothers or sisters fighting next to them.
I knew then that my calling was to avenge and protect our Country from radical extremism. I honor and mourn those brave first responders, families and loved ones who died every day by not forgetting the sacrifices made that day.
I remember seeing a Nation brought together by pain, where nobody cared about todays issues of race, Nationality, gender, creed, or Sexual Orientation. We were united and proud to be American, and patriotic.
I served 4 years within the Marine Corps with some of the most selfless and amazing Leaders our Nation has to offer. This was a pivotal time in the development of who I am today. I will always remain Semper Fidelis.
I believe we need to focus on growing and retaining talent within our military due to the ongoing complexity of our National Security interests overseas. This 18 year conflict has put strain on our military both physically and mentally. Less than 1% of Americans volunteered to serve in this War on Terrorism which needs to improve drastically for the complexity of our foreign policy.
