David S. Zuckerman is a judge for the Westchester County Court in Westchester County, New York. He elected to the court in 2012 to a term expiring in 2022.

Career

Zuckerman began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in Bronx County. From there, he started his own practice and served for years as Town Prosecutor for the Town of New Castle.[1]

Elections

2012

Zuckerman was elected to the Westchester County Court. He defeated Matthew J. Troy in the general election on November 6, winning 66 percent of the vote.[2] Zuckerman ran on the Democratic, Independence and Working Families tickets.[3][4]

2011 election

Zuckerman won re-election as a Town Justice on November 8th after winning the Democratic primary. He earned 37 percent of the vote and won one of two open seats alongside fellow incumbent Douglas M. Kraus to defeat Kevin Moore in the General Election.[5][6]
