A vote about whether to recall Fred Fortner, Jim Hershberger, Matthew Judd, Roger Lutze and David Martin from their positions on the Davison City Council in Genesee County took place on November 2nd, 2010.[1] Only Martin retained his seat, while Fortner, Hershberger, Judd, and Lutze were all recalled.
