Dawn Barlow
Dawn Barlow (Democratic Party) ran for election to the U.S. House to represent Tennessee's 6th Congressional District. She lost in the general election on November 6, 2018.
Biography
Barlow earned a bachelor's degree in biochemistry from Tennessee Tech University in 2000, and she graduated from the AUC School of Medicine in 2006. Barlow completed her residency and served as chief resident in the Department of Internal Medicine at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine, Erlanger Hospital. She went on to practice at Cookeville Regional Medical Center and St. Thomas Highlands. She became the director of hospital medicine at Livingston Regional Hospital in 2016.[1]
