Dawn Layton (Democratic Party) is a judge for Judicial District 16A of the North Carolina 3rd Superior Court Division. She assumed office in 2019. Her current term ends on December 31, 2028.

Gov. Roy Cooper (D) appointed Layton to the North Carolina Superior Court on August 7, 2019.[1]
