General: She was defeated in the general election on November 4, 2014, after receiving 49.0 percent of the vote. She competed against incumbent Judge Pamela K. Addington.

Blair earned her B.A. in psychology from the University of Kentucky in 1997. She received her J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2000.[2]
Career
Blair has practiced law in Hardin County since 2000 with Lonneman, Blair & Burnette, PLLC.[3]
