The ballot title for Issue 6 was as follows:

Shall the Ordinance and amendment to the Dayton City Charter by enacting Section 191, providing for the renewal of an existing one-quarter of one percent (4%) levy on income for essential municipal services and necessary capital improvements for the period commencing January 1, 2025 and ending December 31, 2032 be passed?
