A DeBeque School District Levy Increase measure was on the November 2, 2010 ballot in the DeBeque school district which is in Mesa County.

This measure was approved

  • YES 168 (49.0%)Approveda
  • NO 158 (46.6%)[1]

This measure sought to increase the current property taxes in the school district area by $485,000 per year in order to help with the general funds of the district.[2]

Current Statewide

A 2013 statewide measure, Amendment 66, would authorize Colorado to increase taxes with an expected revenue increase of $950 million for school funding.[3]
