DeWitt County Ambulance Levy Increase (March 2012)
A DeWitt County Ambulance Levy Increase measure was on the March 20, 2012 ballot in DeWitt County.
This measure was approved
- YES 2,513 (72.2%)
- NO 969 (27.8%)[1]
This measure sought to increase the tax in the county and implement a tax for the purpose of funding ambulance services in the county. Previously the county had a contract with Clinton county which provides ambulance service for the county, but since this measure was approved DeWitt will have its own ambulance services.[2]
