A DeWitt County Electrical Aggregation proposition was defeated on the April 9, 2013 election ballot in DeWitt County, which is in Illinois.
If approved, this measure would have authorized the County of DeWitt to arrange for the electricity supply to all of its residents and small businesses in unincorporated areas of the County who do not opt out of the program.[1]
