DeWitt Simonton is a senior probate judge of Spalding County, Georgia. He served as a probate judge for 27 years before retiring on January 1, 2013.[1][2] He was appointed a senior judge for the Georgia Probate Courts by Gov. Nathan Deal on July 8, 2013.[3]
