The ballot title for Parks and Recreation Bond Measure was as follows:

Shall the City of De Soto, Kansas, issue general obligation bonds in an amount not to exceed $3,275,000 to pay the costs of constructing, improving, and equipping parks and recreation facilities, including but not limited to improvements to the community trail system and neighborhood parks, and all related improvements; and shall the City levy taxes to pay the principal and interest on such bonds? | ” |
