Dean Kusakabe
Dean T. Kusakabe is a judge for the Kings County Family Court in New York. He was appointed to this position by Mayor Michael Bloomberg in July 2012.[1][2] Kusakabe was reappointed to the court in January 2016.[3]
Education
Kusakabe received his undergraduate degree from Emory University in 1992. He earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 1995.[2]
Career
Before his appointment to the bench, Kusakabe worked in the Juvenile Rights Division of the Legal Aid Society.[1] He also was an attorney in private practice with the firm Dezelic & Kusakabe, LLC.[2]
