Deborah A. S. Capuano is a juvenile court associate justice for the Worcester Juvenile Court in Worcester County, Massachusetts.[1] She was nominated to the court by former Governor Deval Patrick in June 2009 and was sworn into office in November 2009.[2] Capuano may serve on the court until she turns the mandatory retirement age of 70.[3]

Education

Capuano received her undergraduate degree from Worcester State College and her J.D. from the Massachusetts School of Law.[4]

Career

Before she joined the Worcester Juvenile Court, Capuano maintained her own law practice in Westboro, Massachusetts, from 1993 to 2009. She also previously served as a regional coordinator for the Massachusetts' Committee for Public Services’ Children and Family Law Program from 2000 to 2009.[2][4]
