Biography

Deborah Allen earned a high school diploma from Suffern High School, a bachelor's degree from St. Thomas Aquinas College in 1985, and a graduate degree from the College of New Rochelle in 2004. Allen's career experience includes working as a teacher.[1]

I have been in public schools for 40 years as a teacher, mentor, and chief building representative. I retired in 2016. I began subbing in both charter and public schools. School leadership is important because families make up strong communities. Schools need to support and encourage excellence and respect. I would like to restore respect back to education.
