Deborah Barnes (California)
Deborah L. Barnes was a federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California. She was first appointed to the court on August 1, 2016, and retired on July 31, 2024.[1][2][3]
Education
Judge Barnes earned her B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, in 1981 and her J.D. from the McGeorge School of Law in 1986.[2]
