Dietzmann’s legal career reflects 25 years of extensive experience on both sides of the courtroom. She began her career at the Bexar County District Attorney’s Office as an Assistant District Attorney handling both felony and misdemeanor-level cases. Her work encompassed a wide range of serious and violent offenses including: drugs, thefts, burglaries, assaults, DWIs, intoxication manslaughter, white-collar crimes, immigration matters, and family violence cases.After leaving the District Attorney’s Office, Dietzmann opened a private practice devoting much of her work to pro bono service for the community. She currently serves as a public defender, advocating for the constitutional rights of individuals within the criminal justice system and working toward the betterment of the community as a whole.
