Deborah Newcomb
Deborah Newcomb was a Democratic member of the Ohio House of Representatives. She represented District 99 from 2008, when she was appointed, to 2011. Newcomb's political experience also includes commissioner of Ashtabula County; president of Conneaut City Council; and member of Conneaut City Council.
Newcomb's professional experience includes owner and manager of Newcomb's Sports & Embroidery.
Newcomb earned an AA in applied business and office management from Kent State University Ashtabula. She and her husband, Jim, have two children; Christopher and Zachary.[1]
