Deborah White-Labora was a judge of the Miami-Dade County Court in Florida. She was appointed to this position in 1996. She was assigned to serve on the Miami-Dade County Drug Court in August of 2008 and went on to serve in the Domestic Violence Division. Her term expired on January 8, 2019.[1][2][3]

She is a former acting judge of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court's Criminal Division.

Education

White-Labora received her undergraduate degree from Florida State University and her J.D. degree (1982) from Emory Law School.[2][4]

Career

White-Labora was a private practice lawyer from 1982 to 1991. She was then a General Master and Administrative General Master in the Miami-Dade Family Division until her appointment to the County Court in 1996. In 2008, she was appointed to the Drug Court.[5]

2012 election

White-Labora was unopposed and automatically re-elected to the Miami-Dade County Court following the Nov. 6, 2012 general election.[6]
